About Wendy Ellis
I am an independent strategic advisor to principals, families and family offices. I work one to one with people facing decisions of real consequence, helping them think through the second- and third-order effects and see patterns that aren't yet obvious.
I spent two decades in global life sciences, technology and innovation, leading strategic initiatives and working closely with senior leadership at moments that mattered. My advisory practice grew out of that experience, and today I work privately, by referral, with a small number of clients.
I am also the founder of Salience, a quarterly review distributed privately to a small readership. It explores questions whose consequences outlast the people deciding them, often questions that are being answered without ever being formally asked.
